We are looking for an assistant teacher that can float into any of the age groups we serve when needed.
Our center's goal is to ensure parents feel comfortable and leave their child in our care knowing that they are leaving their little one in not only, capable and loving hands, but also in a program focused on school readiness and academic excellence WHILE sharing the Bible and God with them and their families! Of course, the children's health and safety are our main concerns, but we also feel that love and compassion are what ensures that a child feels secure and happy at our center! We need teammates that have good work ethic, are dependable; honest, and up for a challenge of always learning and growing themselves in order to become the absolute best version of their early childhood loving self; they should strive to be living up to the full potential of their life in God's design! They must be enthusiastic and high energy, have awesome organizational and time management skills, be creative and flexible.
All staff members are required to provide excellent care for each and every child enrolled, from the basics of health and safety, education, development, the introduction and continued journey with Jesus that will hopefully follow them into the future long after they have aged out of our program, as well as provide extraordinary communication with those children; staff members, parents and customers.
