Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College is accepting applications for the following position:
Part time, *Work Ready U (Adult Education) Instructor *at the *NLTCC- Manfield Campus.

_Work Ready U positions are grant funded.
Continued employment is based not only on employee performance, but also grant funding.

*Duties/Responsibilities/Schedule:*
The candidate chosen for the position will be responsible for teaching reading, language and math in the Work Ready U department.
There may be some travel involved from one site to another.
Days and hours of work will consist of approximately 20 hours per week.
Days and hours subject to change based on student need.
*Qualifications and Experience to apply:*
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
* Teaching degree and teaching experience are preferred.
* Previous experience in a technical or community college is preferred
* Ability and eagerness to work collaboratively with faculty, administrators, and other staff members
* Ability and eagerness to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Understand the mission of NLTCC
* Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
* Must possess good interpersonal skills
* Must possess excellent organizational decision-making skills
* Demonstrated computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheet, and database systems)
* Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
* Flexibility of work schedule with some required evenings and weekends
*Additional Requirements:*
A valid Louisiana Driver’s License Proof of motor vehicle insurance
