Need help locating someone

I am trying to locate Jesus Hernandez Capistran aka Chuy/Chucho.
I want to file for divorce but need to contact him so he can sign the divorce papers.
If anyone knows him and can have him contact me so I can get the divorce filed and finalized it would be greatly appreciated.
All I need is for him to sign and return the divorce papers, no further contact is required.
