- Customer Service Excellence - Ensure that all associates are well-versed in company policies and equipped to swiftly address customer service issues.
Maintain a commitment to providing top-notch customer service and satisfaction.
- Talent Acquisition - Continuously seek out and recruit top talent to join our team.
Conduct effective interviews and hire individuals who share our passion for jewelry and customer service excellence.
- Training and Development - Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Coaching and Feedback -Engage in regular one-on-one coaching sessions with team members to offer constructive feedback and support their growth and performance.
- Sales and Profit Strategies - Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies aimed at achieving sales and profit objectives.
- Professional Work Environment - Foster a professional and inclusive work environment, addressing any associate relations issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven Retail Sales: Demonstrated history of consistently achieving sales goals in a retail environment.
Luxury sales a bonus.
- Recruiting Expertise: Strong skills in recruiting and selecting exceptional talent to enhance the team.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead and supervise a diverse team to deliver outstanding results.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both customers and team members effectively.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to manage a variety of personalities and situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Flexible Schedule: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our customers and the store.
