Duties:
* In charge of organizing repair ticket orders
* Motivate to self learn pos repair system on and off work time.
* Be able to sort and organize parts, accessories and other inventory into POS.
* Check vendors and able to reorder stocks.
* Ensure maximum inventory output for customers need.
Ie.
, offers case and screen protector with each repair.
* Understand and acknowledge what inventories are needed and be able to provide solution to complete what's necessary for the establishment.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development – (facebook, Instagram, website)
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Skills: -
* Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage customers over the phone - Fluent in Spanish (preferred) –
* Experience in inside sales and outbound calling.
* Knowledge of software products or technology industry.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Proficient in using repair pos software, such as Repairdesk, for managing customer interactions and tracking sales progress
Available hour- Thursday to Monday.
9am to 3pm.
