Apartment Maintenance Technician II

Are you customer focused and a team players who take pride in the work they perform? If so, we are looking for you! The Apartment Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order.
Some of which which may include make-readies, grounds keeping, building maintenance and preventative maintenance, etc.
Job duties include, but not limited to: working knowledge of make readys and work orders HVAC repair Electrical maintenance Plumbing repairs & troubleshooting Carpentry/drywall installation Ceramic & vinyl tile installation Appliance repairs General apartment maintenance & preventative maintenance Must have a sense of urgency and can work independently.
Responsible for organizing, prioritizing and ensuring make readies, service requests repairs are correct and completed in a timely manner.
Experience with UPCS ( HUD REAC) inspections is a plus.
Must have: * own tools * Valid Drivers License * Current Automobile Insurance Position requires individual to furnish their own reliable vehicle to fulfill all of the job’s functions including picking up maintenance materials.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
