Inventory Control Specialist

*Inventory Control Specialist* *Job Description:* The Inventory Control Specialist is an employee who manages raw material inventory of an engineered wood product manufacturing plant.
The person in this position will report directly to the day or night shift manager(s) with overall reporting to the Plant Manager.
*Primary Job Duties:* · Work in an outdoor, open air mill environment.
· Maintains an inventory count on all raw material products weekly.
· Is responsible for receiving and relieving inventory for the purpose of manufacturing and shipping.
· Must control the use of all raw materials within multiple departments.
· Must keep accurate records of all products under direct supervision.
· Must understand the use of inventory first in first out methodology.
· Work with the SCI team to meet company production goals.
· Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
· Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:* · Must have reliable transportation.
· Must maintain an excellent attendance record.
· Must have good time management skills.
· Must be able to use Microsoft Excel for material management purposes.
· Must have strong math skills.
· Must possess a positive and energetic work ethic.
· Must be able to multi-task efficiently.
· Must complete all pre-hire assessments and meet or exceed company standards.
*Starting Pay:* $18.
00 - $22.
00/hour, dependent on experience.
