Looking for someone who can go out and do a Bid approval.
Provide a full set of property condition photos including ALL of the areas listed below; Roof - Please bring a ladder to assess and take photos Attic - REQUIRED Interior of main house and all outbuildings Exterior of main house and all outbuildings ALL Mechanical Please provide a bid for all needed repairs and services.
Please provide measurement photos for all repair bids.
