Your ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Representatives field customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concernsCalmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issuesEscalate interactions when necessary and appropriateRespond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing paymentsTrack all call related information for auditing and reporting purposesProvide feedback on call issuesUpsell if requiredWhat We’re Looking forHigh School Diploma or equivalentIT/Network certifications/degrees preferred18 years of age or olderProven call center experienceTyping 25 WPMProficient in PC operation and navigationEntry-level network
